Meet Mayara
Mayara Soares is an immigration attorney licensed in the United States and Brazil and the founder of MMS Law. She earned her law degree from PUC-SP, holds an LL.M. from the University of Michigan Law School, and a postgraduate degree in Business Law from FGV.
With more than three years of experience dedicated exclusively to U.S. immigration law, Mayara advises highly skilled professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, investors, companies, and families on a wide range of immigration matters, including employment-based, investment-based, and family-based immigration.
Her work extends beyond preparing immigration petitions. She takes a strategic, client-centered approach to every matter, carefully evaluating each client's objectives, identifying the most suitable legal pathways, and developing tailored immigration strategies designed to support their long-term goals.

Licensed in the United States and Brazil, Mayara founded MMS Law with one conviction: every journey deserves its own strategy. She personally leads each case, combining technical rigor with close support from start to finish.
Marina Marques
Director of Operations & Growth
At MMS Law, Marina leads the firm's operations and administrative management. A licensed attorney in Brazil, a graduate of PUC Campinas, and trained in Business Immigration at UCLA, she brings hands-on experience in managing corporate immigration cases. She is responsible for internal processes and financial management, working in close collaboration with Mayara to ensure that every case is handled with organization, efficiency, and attention to detail, always in line with the values and standards of excellence that define the firm's work.
